Teens Going for Gold Network Supports the training of 248 students in Ibadan
On 12th and 13th October 2022, Teens Going for Gold Network’s Ibadan team led by Toluwanimi Obisesan supported the Watercolor project. With the objective of empowering public school students in Ibadan to overcome limitations on their path to becoming creative professionals, the project which is line with our Project Teach a Teen provided teenagers with skills on digital marketing, content creation and creative writing.
A total of 248 students were trained in Abadina College, Ikolaba High School, and Community Secondary School in Ibadan. We supported the event by providing media coverage and documentation of the event alongside aiding the transportation of the Watercolor team members from one location to another.
Our volunteers at the site of the event include the State Project Manager, Toluwanimi Obisesan, Director of Projects and Partnerships, Tobiloba Olatunji, Tosin Olushola and Adeoluwa Onabanjo.
