Young Global Thinker seeks to inspire teenagers and under 30 youth to political participation
Founded late last year in the heat and thick of all the economic, social and political fallouts of the world’s grapple with the COVID-19 pandemic by Josefine Petrick, Young Global Thinker aims to connect young people around the globe by facilitating discussions among teenagers and youth from completely different backgrounds on issues that affect youths globally.
In line with this goal, they are inviting teenagers and under-30 youths from across the globe to participate in their 3-day online conference holding on the Zoom App from the 12th to the 14th of March 2021. It is titled Political Participation, indicating what the topic of discussion for the conference will be.
At the event, workshops and discussion groups will be conducted to look at:
1. The meaning and importance of political participation
2. The ways in which political participation shapes our lives
3. How we as individuals can take action and make use of political participation.

Please note that you don’t need any background knowledge to take part in the conference. All you need are your curiosity, your ideas, and your internet connection.
