SA Teen Builds Working Robot From Cardboard and Wire

Africa is home to some of the brightest minds on the planet, and this young creator from South Africa is definitely one of those minds. Keen to make a difference in his own life and the lives of others, he successfully built a working robot.

Kasi Economy shared this bit of news on their Twitter handle along with a video that detailed how the 17-year-old successfully built a robot that is able to lift and carry small objects using metal, cardboard boxes and wire. In the shared video clip, the young man is seen demonstrating how the robot works.

South Africans have since expressed their awe in the comment sections of the post. Many of them marvelled at the amazing robot and its young creator.

In a similarly impressive bit of news, young artist, Innocent Zungu, has wowed SA social media by creating amazing art-pieces with sand.

These brilliant young men are another set of African teenagers going for gold, and we love to see it!
